Gillco is currenlty involved the research and acquisition of numerous properties across the GTA. We are constantly and actively seeking properties that we can acquire with a focus on acquiring only those properties that are located within stragetic growth locations. By conducting the appropriate market research and land development studies put forth by various stakeholders we are able to lock in and focus on those regions which we identify as prominent locations of development.

Development and Management
The natural step after acquiring real estate is that a planned out process must be identified in order for us to develop and manage the property in order for us to excel to the next level and desired outcome. At Gillco, because of our acquisitions of property that is located within strategic growth locations of municipalities or regions, we are constantly monitoring development opportunities and are in continuous communication with stakeholders.
Financing
At Gillco we are also involved in numerous financing projects throughout the GTA. We have financed commercial plazas, residential developments, agricultural farm land, residential mortgages, development land, condominiums, apartment buildings, and numerous other types of ventures pursuant to the needs of clientle.
